Tasting and serving

High fruitiness with green notes, banana, fruit and almond. Balanced bitterness and pungency on the palate, with a persistent almond finish. Enjoy on bread, salads and vegetables, or drizzle over fish, meat and vegetable soups before serving.

Origin and production

Early-harvest extra virgin olive oil from Guardián de los Trofeos, harvested in October 2026 and cold-extracted. The 500 ml glass bottle comes with its individual gift box.

In the kitchen

  • Freshly toasted bread, plain or with tomato.
  • Salads of tender leaves and nuts.
  • Baked or grilled fish.
  • Chargrilled white meats.
  • Vegetable soups, at the last moment.

A raw drizzle is enough for its aroma to shine on the plate.

Bottle with gift case

Guardián de los Trofeos Frantoio, 8 × 500 ml

The case protects the oil from light and turns the bottle into a gift with no need for wrapping. Half a litre is a comfortable amount to enjoy within a few weeks, while it keeps its early-harvest freshness.

For the home or for several gifts, there is also a box of four bottles. It keeps best tightly closed, away from heat.

To get the most from it, taste it raw first, on bread or a simple salad, and then in the kitchen: a good oil shows as much when finishing a dish as when cooking over gentle heat. It is best enjoyed in the months after opening, while its aromas are intact.
