Raíces de Almajalejo Arbequina, Case of 20 tins of 1 L

Raíces de Almajalejo, oil from Lubrín

Raíces de Almajalejo is the limited-production extra virgin olive oil of Agrícola García in Lubrín, in the Filabres mountains of Almería. It is an early-harvest oil made from green and turning olives picked at the start of the season and cold-extracted solely by mechanical means.

In conversion to organic farming. The groves are in the conversion period to organic farming, as the label states; this oil is therefore not sold as certified organic.

The oil

Early-harvest Arbequina: a gentle, fruity oil with a soft entry, ideal for those who prefer delicate profiles in salads, fish and baking.
