Balc\u00f3n del Guadalquivir is made by the San Felipe Ap\u00f3stol cooperative in Baeza, founded in 1960, which brings together the work of its members on the hills overlooking the Guadalquivir valley.<\/p>
Its name is almost a landscape: Ja\u00e9n's sea of olive trees seen from above.
