Isbilya is born in Umbrete, in the Aljarafe of Seville, from Aceites Yllanes Marini. Its olive trees grow in hedgerows, a layout that lets light reach all the foliage, and the olives arrive at the mill in under two hours.<\/p>
Its Grand Coupage oils, Intenso and Delicado, are made under the supervision of olive oil expert Maximiliano Arteaga.
