Baeturia is oil from southern Extremadura, in the province of Badajoz, home to varieties almost nobody bottles on their own: Carrasque\u00f1a, Morisca and Manzanilla. The mill stands just a few kilometres from the groves, and the olives are extracted on the day they are picked.<\/p>
