Aceites Padilla makes its extra virgin in Ja\u00e9n from its own family groves. Alongside Picual, queen of the province, the family has planted Italian varieties rarely seen in Spain, such as Taggiasca and Carlesca.<\/p>
The olives are picked in early November and extracted cold on the same day.
