Ra\u00edces de Almajalejo is the limited-production oil of Agr\u00edcola Garc\u00eda, in Lubr\u00edn, in the Filabres range of Almer\u00eda, a dry, luminous landscape where olive trees cling to the slopes.<\/p>
It is an early-harvest oil from green and turning olives picked at the start of the season and extracted cold.
