Aires Extra Virgin is the taste of a land of old olive trees. It comes from century-old groves and a natural process in Jabalquinto, in the province of Jaén, and is packed in a 5-litre container for everyday cooking.
It is an extra virgin olive oil with a very young fruitiness and an honest personality: green leaf, artichoke and tomato plant on the nose, and on the palate a pleasant pepperiness felt softly in the throat.
The pack brings together three containers, fifteen litres of Aires Extra Virgin for homes that cook daily and for anyone who prefers to buy the oil in one go and always have it at hand.

The groves of Aires de Jaén
Aires de Jaén is a family business from Jabalquinto with more than half a century in olive oil. Its Los Badenes estate stretches along the Guadalquivir and combines traditional groves with modern plantings of Picual, Arbequina, Frantoio and Empeltre.
The mill stands on the estate itself, so the olives reach it freshly picked and the family controls the whole journey, from tree to bottle. Aires Extra Virgin is the household oil that comes out of that close work.
Where Aires Extra Virgin stands out
- Tomato, lettuce or endive salads.
- Carpaccio and fish, with a raw pour.
- Homemade frying.
- Stews and spoon dishes.
- Toast with tomato and salt.
Three 5-litre containers: fifteen litres for the pantry

Three 5 L containers add up to fifteen litres, the format for those who use oil generously. Aires de Jaén sells this oil in packs, and here you have it complete: three containers ready to fill the pantry.
Keep the containers closed, at room temperature, not above 25 ºC and away from direct light. For daily use, pour a little into a cruet so you do not need to open the container every time.
