A unique variety in the Campo de Calatrava
Olivapalacios grows several varieties at Finca Los Palacios, and Arbosana is the least known of them all. Originally from Catalonia, small and very productive, it adapts to the volcanic soils of the Campo de Calatrava and gives aromatic oils with a profile of their own.
Like the rest of the house, it is milled at the estate's own mill and bottled on site, which allows the oil to be looked after from tree to bottle.
How to enjoy Palacio de los Olivos Arbosana
- Griddled artichokes or artichoke salad.
- Ceviches and tartares, where its tropical notes fit.
- Salads with mango, avocado or pineapple.
- White fish and seafood.
- Fresh cheeses and burrata.
Palacio de los Olivos Arbosana: the 500 ml format

The ideal size to discover a unique variety and savour it while its green fruitiness is at its best. The bottle keeps best tightly closed, somewhere cool and protected from light.
To get the most from it, taste it raw first, on bread or a simple salad, and then in the kitchen: a good oil shows as much when finishing a dish as when cooking over gentle heat. It is best enjoyed in the months after opening, while its aromas are intact.
