Delivery services
We ship with Correos Express Paq 24, UPS Standard and UPS Express Saver, depending on the destination and order weight. Choose from the services available for your address before payment.
- Correos Express Paq 24: mainland Spain and mainland Portugal, up to 40 kg.
- UPS Standard and UPS Express Saver: supported destinations in Spain and Europe, up to 70 kg total weight for automatic shipping quotes.
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: we deliver with Correos Express Paq 24 and UPS. You will see the exact cost for your address before you pay.
Shipping costs depend on weight and destination. Checkout prices include applicable taxes, which are also included in your order total. We do not add a fuel surcharge. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and depend on the destination, service, working days and order preparation.
International destinations
We deliver to every European Union country and the other European destinations enabled at checkout, subject to carrier coverage for your address. Choose from the available UPS Standard and UPS Express Saver services; the exact cost is shown before payment.
Available destinations depend on coverage for your address at the time of ordering. For deliveries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom), the destination country may apply taxes, customs duties or import clearance fees. Information on these costs will be provided before ordering where available; any charges legally applicable to the recipient remain their responsibility.
Tracking and delivery reception
When the carrier provides parcel tracking, we will send the available details to the contact details provided in the order. Please ensure the delivery address and telephone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier will follow its standard procedure (calling card, re-delivery attempt or local collection point).
If the parcel arrives with visible damage or if part of the order is missing, you may record this upon receipt and write to us as soon as possible at info@aceiteolivaonline.com, stating the order number and the issue. This notification facilitates processing but does not limit your statutory rights.
Delivery issues
If your order does not arrive within the agreed timeframe, please contact us at info@aceiteolivaonline.com. We will check the tracking status and assist you in resolving the issue in accordance with our terms of purchase and your statutory consumer rights.
