Products, prices and taxes
The essential characteristics, price and conditions of each product are stated on its product page. Prices are shown in euros. Before placing your order, you will see the total price, applicable taxes, shipping costs and any other known charges. No optional fees will be added without your explicit consent. If an issue affects product availability or an essential product specification, we will notify you and you may accept the proposed alternative or cancel with a full refund of any sums paid.
Placing an order
Select your products, provide your billing and delivery details, and choose an available payment method and delivery service for your address. Before completing the checkout, you will be able to review and amend your information and view the final total. By clicking the order confirmation button, you confirm your purchase request and the payment obligation associated with your chosen method. You will receive an email acknowledging your order and its status; please retain this message as confirmation.
We may contact you if details are missing, payment cannot be verified, or an issue arises regarding availability or delivery. If we are unable to accept the order or if it is cancelled after payment has been received, we will refund the corresponding sums using the same payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Payment and delivery
Available payment methods and their conditions are detailed in Payment methods. Shipping options, coverage, costs and estimated delivery times available for your address are shown before order confirmation and described in Delivery. Unless agreed otherwise, we will deliver the order without undue delay and at the latest within 30 calendar days following the conclusion of the contract. If we fail to deliver within this timeframe, you may request delivery within an appropriate additional period and, if delivery is not made within that additional period or in other statutory cases, terminate the contract and receive a full refund.
Right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by an unequivocal statement sent to info@aceiteolivaonline.com before the withdrawal period expires. You may use this model form: «To PQM CREATOR C.B.: I/we hereby give notice that I/we withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods: order [number], received on [date], in the name of [consumer name], residing at [consumer address]. Date and signature (if submitted on paper)».
You must return the products without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will only bear the direct cost of returning the goods if we informed you of this prior to purchase and did not agree to bear it ourselves. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within the statutory timeframe; we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, as permitted by law.
The right of withdrawal is only excluded in circumstances provided by law. These include, where applicable and criteria are met, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or sanitary protection and were unsealed after delivery. Foodstuffs and olive oil products are not excluded as a general category.
Conformity, damage and complaints
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or does not match its description, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aceiteolivaonline.com with your order number and details of the issue. This assists us in resolving the matter promptly but does not affect your statutory rights. Remedies and legal warranty periods for lack of conformity apply in accordance with applicable legislation — generally three years from delivery for consumer goods —, taking into account the specific nature of the goods.
Dispute resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your jurisdiction. For any enquiry or complaint, please contact us first by email or telephone. Competent courts shall be determined in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
