Data processed and purposes
We process personal data that you provide when placing an order, creating or using an account, requesting information or communicating with us. This may include your name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, ordered items and transaction details, communications and, where relevant, data necessary to manage payment. Complete payment card details are handled directly by the selected payment gateway and should never be sent by email.

- Invoicing and legal obligations: issuing and retaining purchase records, and complying with statutory accounting, tax and consumer obligations.

If you subscribe to communications, we retain your details until you withdraw consent or request unsubscription, without prejudice to statutory obligations.

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability where applicable.
