Available payment methods
Before confirming your order, the payment methods available for your purchase and delivery address are displayed:
- Debit or credit card and Bizum: via Redsys, according to the options presented during checkout. Bizum is available only to customers with a Spanish bank account.
- PayPal: if available for the order, following PayPal’s secure checkout screen.
- Bank transfer: to the account of PQM CREATOR C.B. at Banco Sabadell, provided when selecting this option and in the order instructions.
Payment confirmation
Payments by card, Bizum and PayPal are subject to authorisation by the relevant provider. If you choose bank transfer, please quote the order reference and transfer the exact amount; we will prepare the order once the payment has been confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on the banking institution.
Never send card numbers, PINs, one-time passwords or online banking credentials by email or phone. Payment data is processed securely through the chosen payment provider and the relevant financial institution.
Amount and security
The total amount, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is displayed before completing your purchase. No surcharge is applied for using any payment method unless clearly indicated prior to order confirmation and legally permissible.
