Benizar

Benizar is the oil of Acecasa, in Hellín, in south-eastern Albacete, a transitional land between La Mancha and Murcia where olive trees share the dry farmland.

Its Picual has a medium-intense fruitiness, with grassy aromas, tomato leaf and artichoke, and balanced bitterness and pungency. It is an everyday oil, just as good on toast as on grilled vegetables.
