Martín Berrocal

Martín Berrocal makes its oils by hand with one clear idea: to keep all the flavour of the green olive. The heart of its collection is Doña Úrsula, an unfiltered extra virgin.

It is made from Hojiblanca picked very early, while the fruit is still small, which is why it is fruity and powerful. Being unfiltered, it keeps natural olive particles that may settle at the bottom of the tin over time.
