Desert, sea and woodland

Arbequina & Plankton comes in a green bottle evoking the seabed. Its intense aroma recalls the beach, with a fresh entry, medium bitterness and green-olive juice fruitiness. Arbequina & Harissa unfolds toasted, pungent cayenne aromas, followed by garlic, coriander and caraway.

Arbequina Oak Smoke, in a screen-printed turquoise bottle, is cold-infused with wood smoke, mainly oak. Its flavour recalls apple and almond, with a caramelised finish of vanilla and toffee.

Oils of the 21st Century

With this collection Castillo de Canena places itself at the forefront of Jaén oils, combining Arbequina from its estate with flavours from different parts of the world. For the Oak Smoke, its master smokers applied their skill under strict quality controls.

The house is a family company that controls the whole process, from tree to bottle, and farms its estate under integrated production certification.
