In mid-October, Aires de Jaén selects the best early Frantoio, Empeltre and Arbequina olives at Los Badenes to make this limited edition. It is an oil with its own personality, recognisable by an immediate impression of subtle, delicate floral and nutty fragrances.

Tasting notes

Balanced and fragrant, with a green-olive fruity aroma and notes of freshly cut grass, apple, artichoke, tomato plant, banana and green almond. Its golden tones are typical of the varieties in the blend.

Finca Los Badenes, on the banks of the Guadalquivir

Aires de Jaén is a family business from Jabalquinto with more than half a century in olive oil. Its Los Badenes estate stretches along the Guadalquivir and combines traditional groves with modern plantings of Picual, Arbequina, Frantoio and Empeltre. The mill stands on the estate itself, so the olives reach it freshly picked and the family controls the whole journey, from tree to bottle.
