Aires de Jaén

Aires de Jaén is a family company from Jabalquinto with more than half a century in olive oil. Its home is the Los Badenes estate, stretching along the banks of the Guadalquivir in the Jaén countryside.

In mid-October, while the olives are still green, the best Picual, Frantoio and Arbequina are selected there for its estate-grown oils: fragrant and balanced, with freshly cut grass, tomato leaf, apple and green almond.
