Tasting Oro de Bailén 4-Variety
The Picual has the most character, with a complex green fruitiness of tomato, apple and freshly cut grass, and balanced bitterness and pepperiness. The Hojiblanca recalls artichoke and fresh grass, with green apple and almond.
The Arbequina is gentle, with green wheat, almond and ripe banana, and the Frantoio rounds off the quartet with leaf, almond and red berries over a sweet entry. Together the four cover everything from the most delicate dishes to the heartiest.

Each season the house collects awards at international competitions such as NYIOOC, Olive Japan and Mario Solinas, and the Evooleum guide named it the best olive oil in the world in 2019/2020.
