Aceites Padilla

Aceites Padilla makes its extra virgin in Jaén from its own family groves. Alongside Picual, queen of the province, the family has planted Italian varieties rarely seen in Spain, such as Taggiasca and Carlesca.

The olives are picked in early November and extracted cold on the same day. The result is an intriguing range for the enthusiast: the same care as ever, applied to profiles you almost never find in an Andalusian grove.
